If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to get your satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Return and exchange of products should be agreed upon by both parties and unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

2. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the original order.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches or signs of wear, and should not have been resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking information. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.

5. When returning items, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that the return address on your package should not be used for returning items, as it is not our designated return address. Sending your return to that address may impact the processing of your return.

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested. Please note that to ensure exclusivity, we produce limited quantities of each item. Due to the customization of certain products, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please submit a ticket to get an authorization.

* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

CANCELLATION&MODIFICATION POLICY

To cancel your order, please get in touch with us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We'll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Within 2 hours after submitting the order: Free cancellation or modification;
More than 2 hours after submitting the order: The order is put into production, and there will be a 70% restocking fee.
